Media City Film Festival is unique in the world of moving image exhibition.    

MCFF seeks partnerships with individuals and organizations internationally that care deeply about advancing the work of artist filmmakers and engaging diverse communities in meaningful ways. Media City is the only festival in the world to regularly present artists’ film on both sides of an international border. The festival has received more than 40,000 entries from 120+ nations, and has directly supported more than 1,200 artists in a variety of exhibition and production contexts.  Over the course of its 20+ year history, Media City Film Festival has worked with partners and sponsors internationally to ensure that Windsor–Detroit remains a vital meeting point for some of the world’s most significant artists and filmmakers.
